The services in the field of ICT Outsourcing are provided in two manners. The field of monitoring has remote solution through the connection by means of secured VPN. The workers of the supervision centre monitor the state of your infrastructure for 24 hours a day making use of specialized SW tools. Remote service, updating and preventive operations are performed exclusively at the time outside business hours.

The field of intervention on site is solved either by the presence of technical support in the premises of the Customer or in case of necessity of the intervention of a specialist on site the service technician immediately starts. HW prophylaxis of the administered equipment is also performed on site. The guaranteed period of solution of incidents is, understandably, independent of the way of solution.

Monitoring

  • Backup of the operating system for the purposes of quick restoration after breakdown
  • Solution of all drop-outs of any of the elements of infrastructure with the parameters specified in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Design and implementation of development of infrastructure according to the current technological trends and business needs of the Customer

Security

  • Ensuring the security of operated infrastructure by means of firewalls, antiviral and antispyware protection of the operated servers
  • Updating of the system programmes, first of all, by the so-called “security patches” that are relevant with regard to the operated programme equipment
  • Necessary updating of the so-called “firmware” on active elements in the network both due to functional and security reasons
  • Processing of data stored on the servers with security parameters guaranteed as to process and technical equipment according to the requirements for the protection of data and required by the relevant security standards
